F+T Workout: 2015 NY/NJ Tour TBT

It seems as if everyone is having
Fit and Thick Tour withdrawals.

In order to help us cope until the next one we’re throwing it back to the workout we did on our first stop of 2015, NY/NJ!

 
 
 


Barbell or Dumbbells

  • 24 Walking Lunges - 12/ Leg (Don’t forget to push back up through your front heel to hit the glutes!)
  • 1 minute Wall Sit (Remember how much these burned?)

60 Sec. REST


REPEAT 3 TIMES 


Barbell or Dumbbells

  • 15 Closed Legged Straight Leg Deadlift (Throw the hips back and keep the knees straight but soft, not locked.)

  • 15 Closed Legged Squats

  • 10 Combos (1 straight leg deadlift+1 closed legged squat)

60 Sec. REST


REPEAT 3 TIMES


Dumbbells

  • 20 Sumo Squats (Push up through the heels and SQUEEEEZEEE the glutes!)

  • 10 Pulsing Sumo Squats- DROP WEIGHT

    45 Sec. REST


    REPEAT 2 TIMES 


    Lateral Bands or Ankle Weights

    • 15 Straight Leg 45 Degree Leg Lifts
    • 15 Straight Leg Lifts
    • 15 Donkey Kicks (Don’t forget to flex the foot and push up with the heel.)
    • 20 Glute Bridges (Toes up and feet close to your bottom!)

    90 Sec. REST


    REPEAT 3 TIMES

      Hi there! Yes, you can do this as a beginner although we recommend that you begin with either body weight or light weight dumbbells :)

      Most importantly, listen to your body and focus on form most of all!

      Hello! I’m just wondering if you reccomend these for a beginner ? I say beginner because I haven’t ever truly focus or my eating habits and training to get a specific goal. I was an athlete in high school, so things were a lot easier. Not that it’s been two years, not that my body isn’t out of shape but there’s always room for improvement! With that being said would you reccomend this? And to do it all in one day as well?
