The 1,2,3s of Counting Macros
This Tour is different that any other event we’ve ever put on, and because of that, we want to make our recaps a little different too!
Our goal here is to show you how much the tours mean to us. We get so many amazing emails and testimonials on what Fit and Thick has done for you, but we want you all to know how much you all do for us!

I must admit, I was nervous for our first tour stop. It was the smallest we've ever had but, one of the best!
As soon as everyone walked and got their scavenger hunt, everyone participated! All of the Philly vibes were amazing. My favorite part had to have been all the questions we received. It not only showed how much everyone learned but, helped us make any future events better!
Love you Philly! Remember we're here for any questions you may have!"

“The first Philadelphia tour stop is definitely one I will never forget, especially since it was my first event as a Fit & Thick ambassador. The experience was out of this world and the vibes all the ladies brought to Philly were indescribable. The team was a little nervous going into the weekend due to the small group that would be coming into the room. We were expecting awkward encounters, and a very quiet weekend. However, we got the complete opposite. As soon as the ladies started making their way in, the energy was building up. In fact, the small group gave us a better chance to get to know all the ladies personally, and I'm happy to say I gained even more friends at yet another amazing Fit & Thick event. Not to mention, the amount of information I learned over the weekend has now made me more comfortable with nutrition and counting macros, and I'm very excited to share with even more ladies in the future. The Fit & Thick movement never fails to amaze me. “

“For my first Fit and Thick tour I was really nervous especially being in my city! I was a little discouraged because our group was small but in the end of the weekend, I was able to address almost all the ladies by name. It was super intimate and I met some amazing girls in the area that want to work out together!”
“I don't even know where to begin. First stop of this years fit and thick tour was so much more amazing than what I had imagined. Meeting our two new Philly ambassadors, Arielle and Ashely two great girls and seeing Emily again was so exciting. we all got along so great it's incredible how we all connected so well. The event was organized and loved how we all helped each other out even when they weren't assigned that certain task we all just got everything done. It was an unforgettable experience."

It was our first time in Philly and the first stop of the tour, so needless to say, we were all EXTREMELY nervous. No matter how many events I put on or classes I teach, I still get butterflies leading up to show time!
My team and I have put so much into this event and our goal is to make it as personalized and inspiring as possible. Every event that Fit and Thick has ever organized has been a 2-3 hour fitness-centered event because I mean, that’s what most of you all know us for, right?!
But this year, it’s different; and because of that, we have to face new and unforeseen challenges at every step of the way.
On the flight home from Philly, I spent some time reading the posts and emails from our attendees. I was so pleased to read that the ladies learned so much and were going to incorporate the skills they learned into their lives. What I wasn’t prepared for, was the realization of how much I learned from the whole experience. It had been over a year since we’d been on tour and I didn’t realize how much I missed and needed it.
The interaction and genuine exchange between empowered women-
Those are all things that feed my passion for what I do.
Learning about nutrition from the bottom with all of you taught me how much we all have to offer each other on this journey.
I will feed you my knowledge.
And you, my purpose.
Thank you Philadelphia, you were everything I needed and more. “
