All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days provided all items are in stock at the time of purchase. For all orders placed on the weekends and holidays, processing starts on the next business day. We will not be held responsible for orders returned due to insufficient/incorrect address, failure delivery or multiple delivery attempts. We have the right to charge the buyer any and all re-shipping costs. If you provided the wrong shipping address with your order, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com and write ‘Urgent Shipping’ on the subject line. Include the order number, name on the order and the corrected address. We will reply to your request within 24 hours.
All band orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days provided all items are in stock at the time of purchase. All band purchases include a 30 day manufacturers guarantee, beginning from date of delivery. In the event that your F+T lateral bands or F+T resistance bands snap, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the exercise you were performing, and a picture of the broken band in the email. Replacement is not guaranteed, upon receipt and inspection of your bands we can determine whether your bands can be replaced free of charge.
Exchanges may be made up to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. No refunds will be given, store credit only. ALL NON-CLOTHING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. All tags must be attached. All exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Email us at email@example.com notifying that you’ve sent back an item for store credit to receive further instructions. Please email and confirm that you are within the proper time frame to make an exchange before sending the merchandise back.
