JUMP: Find Your Balance (Start date: 7/1)

 We're taking the guess work out of getting your life back on track.

JUMP is a 28-day program designed to help you find your balance in life through a three-pronged approach:
  1. Movement
  2. Nutrition
  3. Personal development

The goal of this challenge is to set you up with the habits and behaviors you need to sustain a balanced lifestyle, long after the 28 days are completed.

 

WHEN IS IT?
The challenge will run Monday, July 1 through Sunday, July 28. We will be completing our first meal prep on the weekend before the challenge begins. 

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The challenge will be accessible through a webpage, consisting of a combo of PDFs, Facebook live-streaming, and instructional videos. You will be given access to the webpage via email.

Each week is mapped out with a combination of:
  • Meals + grocery lists for the week
  • 2 simple 1-hour meal preps per week
  • Daily intentions
  • Daily learning resources 
  • Daily personal reflection points/journal questions
  • Daily 30 min F+T workouts OR yoga/stretching/cardio routines

 

Community coaching will take place in the private Facebook group.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE?
All of the workouts included in this program can be completed using:
  • At least one set of dumbbells (can use heavier weights for lower body days if available!)
  • A yoga/exercise mat
  • A bench or sturdy chair

You will also need: 
  • Meal prep containers and jars
  • Basic kitchen equipment like a stove, oven, pots, and pans
  • A journal for reflection questions and personal development

While Facebook is not required to participate in JUMP, it is highly recommended, as a huge element of accountability and connection happens in our private Facebook Group.
